Today at 7:20 am Hannah Elizabeth drew one last peaceful breath and then returned to her maker. The distress experienced during her birth 10 days prior was the ultimate cause of her death, but like so many other things in her short life, Hannah's passing was on her own time and her own terms.

We have been blessed by the out pouring of prayers and love for our family and our little girl, and are truly grateful.

I am so sad to hear this. Never having had children of my own I can only imagine what you and your wife are going through. I pray the sorrow passes quickly. Godspeed.
