The only really pain on my 2016 X-Trainer has been the kickstand bolt always coming loose. Tried several types of locktite, no luck.
Plus the bolt hole was getting egged shaped since it was a steel bolt riding on a steel hole.
So I reamed out the hole to .4700" (just a touch under 12mm), and installed a sleeve bushing bought at McMaster Carr (PN 6679K35, about $3.50).
So now the kickstand is nice and tight, plus its riding in a replaceable bushing. Additional I drilled a small hole for .032" safety wire and wired up the bolt to the kickstand return spring bolt. So hopefully this will solve both problems.

Nice work. My kickstand bolt gets a fresh loctite treatment every 30 hours or so.

Question - Can I just use a 12mm drill...not sure how to achieve .4700. Thank you!

Thanks for the nice comments. I won’t drill out the hole with a 12MM drill, it will probably be over sized due to the drill wobbling around. I’d use a 15/32” (.4687”) drill then finish the hole with some sandpaper wrapped around a smaller drill. May take some time, but you’ll have a nice round hole. Or use a 15/32” unibit from Harbor Freight SKU 69087. You may need to drill from both sides of the hole. McMaster sells a .4700 ream, but its $30-40 so pricey for one hole. Hope this helps, please let me know if you need some more info.
