yes. they are all the same. only difference is the shrouds. 18's don't have the vent holes

So, just to be clear. Can fit 2018/19 4t Race plastic onto 2017 RR-S; shrouds, sides and rear fender.

yes. replaced all the plastic on my 18 390rrs with a polisport set from rmmc with 14-17 plastics. they are also interchangable with the 2T plastics

Does your bike have the tool kit holder behind the left numberplate? If so, you need to buy a new airbox to go with the new-style (no numberplate) rear fender.

The switch in the other direction is easy to make.

forgot about that. my 14' 300 and 18' 390 are interchangeable. I think the rrs changed in 19 and the 2T's changed in 18

Will be replacing RR-S airbox to facilitate newer RR plastic. Anybody done this and can caution me about anything squirrelly I should anticipate, i.e.... required new clips, disconnecting and reconnecting electrical that was really intended to be ~ "permanent", weird fitment issues, etc....?
Have removed rear fender assembly which wasn't a big deal but was more involved than expected so just wondering if indicative of a major pain when removing subframe and wrestling off stock box.

Piece of cake. Upgrading to late model short fender plastic (2018-2019) requires new air box but install is no biggie. A relatively inexpensive restyle option. For whatever it's worth.
