2016 Beta 300RR Availability

Postby moto7man » Fri May 22, 2015 11:00 am

It looks like GasGas is going under, so I think I'm going to buy a new Beta 300. When will the 2016s arrive at the dealer? Does anyone have an idea?

We have had our first bikes in late July/early August in years past, but we don't have production schedules and availability for the 16s yet.

The fastest way to Get a new Beta is to place an order on the BYOB program as soon a they list them. It has been our experience that they take priority over Dealer stocking orders. This was the status on 16's on April 28th.

Hello Guys and Gals,

We hope everyone is doing well! WOW, it has been a brisk selling season for Beta. Thanks to all of your efforts we have had solid growth and more importantly, excellent sell-through of all bikes. We have been receiving as many warranty registrations as we have orders which makes everyone happy!

There are two order forms below. They are for your final 2015 bike orders. Most RS and Evo models will be available through July however most of the RR standard models and Race Editions will be sold out by the end of May!

2015 Cross Trainer's are sold out. We have another batch arriving the first week in June however they are all spoken for. We will announce a new order plan for 2016 models in June when we receive more details. We expect the first production of 2016 models to arrive in August. Those of you who still have allocations that were not filled from 2015 will receive 2016's.

Very Important: The next batch of 300 RR Race Editions will be shipping on the third week in May. All of your remaining orders will be filled from this production. The factory is building some extra as well during this production so now is your chance to order more. They will all be shipped at the same time in May. Orders for 300 RR-Race editions must be received no later than this Thursday, April 23rd.

Please download the forms below and fax or email them in asap so we can get your orders into our system. You will notice a new column added that shows if the models are available to ship now or when the bikes will be available to ship.

Very Different, worth the wait mostly because they usually have the Marzocchi closed cartridge fork with the PFP system. In years past they have been just $1000.00 higher for the race version. I ride one and this fork is incredible! It's available throughout the year on the BYOB program but the last time I looked it was about a 2600.00 option.

I'm wondering what Beta will do for suspension on the 2016's. From what I have heard Marzocchi has closed its doors...

I will be curious to see what they do on the forks too.

The Racing editions have traditionally carried a $600 higher MSRP, and the addition of the PFP Marzocchis easily justified the difference. There are also a smattering of anodized goodies and unique graphics and seat cover, along with a map switch included. In years past (prior to 2015) the differences also included a unique cylinder/head/cdi set-up.

I know what the suspension looks like for 2016, and I'm optimistic that the new forks will be on par with the out-going Marzocchis.

Are you sworn to secrecy or are you going to spill the beans? :?:

Oh and I wasn't sure if you ever saw my email over at the other website Steve?

The news isn't mine to tell - besides, the only way people share a confidence is if you can keep it. Soon enough Grasshopper ;)

Your post about a black tank or an email about parts for a GG Sachs?
