The high speed circuit is indispensable when hitting a tree or hidden object. It keeps the bars from getting ripped out of your hands.

+1. Safety equip. like a helmet or a neck brace. On the Scotts and Fastway you can turn the low speed down very low and still have sensitive high speed dampening to slow down the front end deflection in an off line hit of an object. Its not about headshake on this bike like on a KTM.

Would you be interested in selling your damper?

Just a heads up. My 16RR300, fitted the Scotts damper and post off my 14 Husky FE350 to it. Which is a KTM kit. Few minor filing mods, and it was on

I installed a post for a 4stroke Beta on my '13 300RR back then as thats all that was available, and it took A LOT of grinding/fitting. Worth it though, very solid.

Im almost bettee off to suck it up and buy a new kit made just for the bike.
They only list up to 2016 and mine is a 2017 300rr. Should be the same?

The same frame since '13 with some gusseting changes in the down tube and shock area. What differs is the welds at the neck from bike to bike, because its likely done by a human. The clamp has reliefs machined in the anticipated areas but it can't be a perfect match all the time.

I put Fastway System 5 on my Beta. I needed more knobs and screws to adjust to further confuse myself when setting up the bike. The System 3 probably would have done fine. I got it to try something new and downtube only need minimal filing by hand to get the clamp to sit properly.
