Is this a good bike?

I've been looking for a Beta trials bike in the right condition for the right price. I want a Beta so I can put the "long ride" kit on it for my son to trail ride with me. I came across this ad pretty close to home and wanted to know your opinions on it. Seems a bit high for a 99, but I don't know? What do you think?

Looks neat, and if it's clean and in good shape it could be a turn key deal. There was a guy riding something similar at an enduro in Indiana this weekend, so the concept is sound.
