Got it bled, found brake came on way to early and clutch never fully disengaged. Changed brake cam to the 0d6 and the clutch to one that came on earlier. So far so good! Will ride her this weekend and see how it goes. Thank you for the help.

I said to Owen in jest: imagine making the clutch the rear brake but the rear brake pedal the clutch. Wouldn't that sort the sheep from the goats?

He said he'd sort of tried it, he had kind of a pro lever idea pushing the brake pedal disenaged the clutch then operated the rear brake.

He said it didn't work that good....

How much travel does your lever have before engaging the brake? Mine is roughly 5/16 in. Id like more...

Should be able to change that with cams - pulling from the outside of the lever, brake starts to engage about 1/3 of the brake lever travel but the braking action is light. It's full on with the lever almost to the knuckles of my other fingers.

Pulling from the inside of the lever, brake doesn't even start until 2/3 of the lever travel, never is full on. Perfect for 1st gear slow, technical stuff

Thats what I thought, do you know what brake and clutch cams you ran to get there? Feathering the clutch on my bike with old hands and so little pull to fully disengage, is not working.

On the Clarke website there is a link to a document that explains the Pro Lever tuning. Start there and if you have more questions you might want to email Clake.

Yes, they also just released a new tuning video aimed at the 2 and the pro, unfortunately he forgot the entire pro part of the video. Just curious which brake cam he sent you.

If your fitting the Clake 2 or ProLever to a 2T and you need a longer clutch line, the OEM BETA 4T clutch line is longer
