I'm see these listed now, inquiring minds seek enlightenment:

Anybody order and receive one yet?
How is the install, review?

Any Beta dealer. I believe Beta, for now atleast, has exclusive distribution rights.

Here is a reply to the same question on the other forum:

I installed one on a 390RR-S last week. The fit was great and did not require any forcing to line up bolt holes. The crossover petcock gaskets leak if you do not file down the brass threaded inserts to make them flush with the plastic. I have seen this problem with about half of the 3.1 gallon IMS Beta tanks I have installed and am disappointed they have not come up with a better way to seal the petcocks. I will try to get some pictures of the problem posted up.

The finished product looks great! Intigrating the shrouds into a tank with radiator scoops was a smart idea, looks way better than most oversize tanks. Another thing that was interesting is that the fuel cap is not lifted much higher than stock above the seat, also helping in the looks department. It is going to be nice to have 160+ miles of fuel on board!

Bumping this to see if anyone has a pic of an installed 4 gal IMS maybe in the Natural color?
Seems like a much better option vs a 3gal tank (+1/2 gal) if the width is reasonable.

What is the width in comparison to the stock tank? Any actual riding experience using it?

There are good pics of the natural 4 gal posted in the Beta portion of Thumper.

This is true, i have had ongoing communication with Beta USA about the tank and they told me last week they are done. it is a 3.9 Safari tank and the part number for my 13 400RS is AB-12040-N. They are available through Beta USA but were not listed on the site yet. Hope this helps
