Enduro Spec inserts

Postby cree524 » Sun Jun 17, 2018 10:44 am

I have recently installed Enduro Spec fork inserts. They worked great out of the box, only played with clickers a bit to dial in terrain.
Very cost effective alternative to complete forks. You will need to have correct springs for your weight, they have those as well.
3 enduros later and much better handling/ much improved adjustability also. (STX forks).

Did y’all install the cartridges yourself or have them do it? About how much do you have wrapped up in this upgrade? I was seriously considering the same thing. Is the performance night and day difference from stock or just a minor performance change? I would really like to gain some bottoming out resistance with out loosing the plush ride at the beginning of the stroke.

These are for the OC forks and use the same springs as the Sachs. So if you have springs and know how to turn a wrench, which most of us do, it is a breeze to install. He sends you the pre-load required and you just figure out the spacers, supplied, to get the pre-load correct.
I had my tubes hard anodized while waiting ont he inserrts. so when everything arrived I had it together in no time. I just changed the fork oil the first time and clean as a whistle. He has a good bleeding proceedure and the bottoming of the fork is amazing how the fluid stops the fork.

The forks are really smooth and everything that the lucky inserts are for the KTM's. I don't think you can go wrong. IMO.
