Genius.
he took them off though.

i did the same thing on an FE570, the bolt holes in the frame were almost perfectly positioned.

I think it's your old bike, Barry.

The guy did a Birchy tuition day and now rides about 300% better no exaggeration.

I wonder if just mounting a rubber nipple to the upper inner surface of the boot wouldn't be about $250 cheaper.....

Got my Steg Pegs about a month ago and have ridden with them several times. Took me a little to get used to but they do help with my armpump, they work for me.

Commenting on these Stegs pegs. I recently installed them on my 16 x trainer, and for a 62 year old single track rider they worked great . As noted it took a few adjustments to get where I wanted them, but man they helped my grip ,arm pump, and all around enjoyment of riding this cool little machine ! So yeah there expensive, and yeah now that I have them I could make my own or mount some skate board wheel on my plastic?, lol .For me the 150 bucks made my tracking threw the woods way moe fun I know I will get even better with the technique of dealing with these gizmos. So not for the tight asses out there , I'm glad I stumbled on them..ride safe...
