Seat Concepts Grippy seat and replacement turn signals

Don't beat me up over the video! I just wanted to quickly show what the grippy seat looks like close up and how it fits and also show what the replacement turn signals look like - no aftermarket LED relay was necessary on this 2018 390.

by the way, if you change out the turn signals, don't cut the wires! Remove the rear fender and you will find quick disconnects for the stock lights and the new lights I bought have male connectors on them already. They are a little undersized but gently squeeze the bike's female connectors and you'll be fine. Don't forget to put heat shrink over all the connectors. 20 minute job to do both rear turn signals.

Great job! Love the looks of the Seat Concepts seat!

So, you mentioned the stock flasher relay working with your LED turn signals. I believe that's due to you only have the rear signals hooked up. If you were to add the front LED's I think you'll see just a solid light with no flash on your signals.

The flasher relay is located just behind the headlight and is very easy to unplug and replace with LED unit.

I like the looks of those turn signals.

Hey, I made a mistake when I was putting on the seat on the trailer. It actually fits perfect if I just did a better job. See the updated video. Later in the day when I took the bike off the trailer and looked down on the top of the bike with the seat off I saw there were two 'tongues' that slide into grooves on the bottom of the seat in the middle where the gap was and since I didn't know they were there I wasn't pushing down hard enough on the middle of the seat before sliding it up the tank post at the front end. Sorry Seat Concepts, ha ha.
