Don't rush your return to 2 wheels. It's hotter than hell now on the western slope so stay cool for a few more weeks.

I feel like an anxious kid wanting to ride his toy no matter what.

So an odd thing happened last week, I'm riding up this long side hill when the front of my boot catches a rock sticking out of the side of the hill, twisting my recovering knee in a sitting position, I felt a pop while falling onto the hillside, I thought for sure I had reinjured my knee again. Brian stopped behind me and asked if I was alright, I told him what happened but something was different, after a minute I said there's not much pain, so I got up and walked around and to my disbelief, it definetly felt better, so we got back on the bikes and finished the climb, got off our bikes and I walked around some more perplexed as to why my knee felt better, now up until this point my knee has been a little stiff and sore if I move it to fast from bent to straight and I walk with a little limp, but now I can move it pretty quick bent to straight and my limp is nearly gone. So the next day I call my ortho doc and tell her what happened, she thinks that when my foot and knee rotated outward that it popped loose some scar tissue that had built up in my knee, she said to ice it and take it easy for a few days and let her know if it gets worse, well it didn't get worse and the knee feels better. So I had an accident and partially healed myself...sweet.
