Barry - you are spot on about high bars and low pegs. I'm 6'4" and a recreational rider. You nailed it perfectly for us average people without a lust for racing. I also get neck aches when the bars are too low--from having the lean my head back enough to see the trail ahead. It's worse with a neck brace on.
