I'm running the BR8ES. Maybe I will try the BR7ES hotter plug. The bike runs fantastic, but just fouls plug on initial warm up. It does drool bad enough that it drips on the caliper though. I choke it for maybe 10 seconds and just the standard idle is loading up the crankcase. As mentioned earlier I went one step leaner on the straight portion (J needle) and the bike ran/felt lean (but didn't foul).
Wrong premix for the race ed? 710 has a lower flashpoint than the 800 you're using, so it's better suited for a trailbike. That 800 you're using is for high revving racing 2 strokes. A bike will also foul easier on the 800 vs the 710.
My power valve is set at 1.5 turns.
